- Who is a publisher ?
A publisher is a site owner who puts banner advertisements, logos, text
links and other kind of advertisements on his/her site.
- Who is an Advertiser ?
An advertiser is a site owner who likes to advertise his/her site and
services or is an advertisement agency who accept advertisements for
others.
- I have not a web site, can I still earn money ?
Yes, fortunately you can. You can sign-up as a publisher and add the
advertisement links to your outgoing e-mails to your friends.
Please note that for using POP-UNDER service, you should have a web
site. POP-UNDERS appear only if they are called from a web site.
- I do not live in Iran, can I still join the site ?
If you can transfer money to a bank inside Iran or you can accept money
from Iran, you can join.
- Is the service also applicable for other cities of
Iran ?
Yes, all clients from all cities of Iran can join the service.
- I am an advertiser, how can I add money to my account ?
You can settle the money to the following bank account :

Then, in your control panel, add the money to your account by clicking

- I am a publisher, how can I get money from you ?
During registration, you provide us your bank account information. We
would settle your earned money to that bank account.
- What is the fee for using the service as an advertiser ?
For the first time, the service is FREE and you also receive a 5000Rials
reward for registration.
For further usage, you should settle credit to your account. The service
charges are calculated based on the following table :

- What is the fee for using the service as a publisher
?
The service is completely FREE for publishers.
- Can I pay by check ?
Right now, as we can not provide a postal address to you for sending the
check or we can not send a person to get the check from you, we can not
accept checks.
- How secure is my information ?
As we do not keep very sensitive information, we have not leased a
secured connection. But, all your personal information and e-mail
address are kept private and won't be provided to nay other party for
any other purpose unless you give us the rights.
- What kind of reporting is available ?
Right now, you can get report for the usage and also your account
balance. New reports would be added based on our cliens' feedback. You
can also contact us any time you need to have special reports or
information regarding your account.
- Will my ads appear in all browsers ?
The system is designed in a way that you provide all needed code to your
ads be generated, so, you are responsible to consider all issues to you
ads be visible without any problem on different kind of browsers. We do
not alter your code.
- What is POP-UNDER's window size ?
The window size for POP-UNDERs has 600 pixels width and 350 pixels
height. The window has no toolbars and menubars and has not scroll bars.
- What is the cost for adding a POP-UNDER as an
advertiser ?
Adding each POP-UNDER to your ad repository costs 10000Rials. It means,
your account has to contain at least 10000Rials to be able to add a
POP-UNDER link.
